Worth getting a stock ECU or old skool homefries on there to test.

it is very late and i am tired,this can be a reason that i can mistake.
1.1 bar-250 hp this seems good.Your car seems like a stock running software.
Only problem,a little lean at first when boost comes in.
Your eprom programer keeps writing your stock .bins instead your modified ones
