    Audi 80 quattro -> Turbo

    I was wondering how difficult and costly would it be to make a 80 Quattro (160hp +-) ready to recieve a turbo engine (wouldn't be using the original one).

    Driveline?
    Gearbox? and adaptors?

      that turbo convert are not a problem: take a 1,8t engine, a 1,8 60 engine, or some else turbo engine( 4 pot) even turbo diesel vill fit in: and the tranny vill manage the power too... change too 280mm brake disk in the front... then go for it...
      the electric isuese may bee a***** , but it have been done

          How much do you reckon such swap would cost?

                  I am really interested in a S2 running gear and engine.
                  What would be the most serious steps to attain such a result?

                  The thing is it would make a hell of a fun car with only 1200 kg, while being quite a sleeper
