    Fiberjunk, looks good for now:

4 years ago I bought this coupe and back then I really had no clue about alot of car related isusses. I suspect others would be happy with this setup. I however like oem quality parts. Four years later I stick to vag parts as much as possible to the point I am selling alot of my aftermarket parts such as wheels. I however am swapping to a 5/112 bolt pattern vs the 4/108.
However this did put a slight smile to my face since it's the closest I've scene to a finished front end on my coupe. I mainly put the bumper on because I wanted to make sure the oil cooler and intercooler setup fit which is does. Another issuse is that I need a front plate and back then I grafted on an american s4 license plate surround on the bumper and it blocks a good amount of the top half of the intercooler opening. I suspect I'll use this bumper for to get the coupe on the road and get it inspected and such so that it will be legal and then from there I am probably going to take the front end apart again, spray the engine bay black and source an oem spec bumper. cabriolet 98+, rs2, s2 I don't know yet but thats the plan.

The hood to bumper gap is ugly, and I might have my coupe quattro 7a lower headlight trim painted and install that to get rid of that big finger sized hole. The bubble wrap area is what I am talking about.

    Cheers
    Josh

I chose not to choose life: I chose something else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who need reasons when you've got quattro?
