Avoid the bad roads and potholes and use only the few bypasses that are available where possible. Where the good tarmac runs out, so did the funds provided for road maintenance .
Not to mention if any roadworks do take place, they will take at least 2 years to complete any "largescale project", meaning to get to certain places, you have to pass through teeny tiny roads risking getting hit by other vehicles, passing through large potholes etc..Last edited by rynaqui; 29 September 2013, 12:26.1996 S2 ABY Silver

Alot less traffic and you can actually see plenty of the road ahead.
And then the road from Torridon to Kinlochewe through the Glen, thats awesome (just watch out for silly old cows in Octavia VRS's)
