A lot have happened since last update here.
An engine swap has been done.
The old engine was ok, but needed an overhaul and new internals for the powerincrease I wanted. Fortuently I found an engine for sale With all this done, so I bought that and put it in my car.
Old one out
New one on the way in.

The rsr s2 coupe by MTM had 265/35 r17 on 10 inch rims at the front and 235/45 r17 on 8.5 inch wheels at the back. Apparently it improved the handling a lot and the wider wheels up front almost eliminated understeer.
The article I read said it recorded a lap tim of 1 min 16.1 secs at the old hockenheim club circuit. The wide front tyres gained them 3 sec per lap in testing on this circuit.
