I ftted new standard discs and yellow stuff pads, this transformed the stopping power and pedal feel. They will never be Porsche brakes but are better than standard.

      Nice looking avant there.

      cheers,

OUUU fresh oil/filter and brand new plugs £6.40 each!! lmao

the old plugs were knackered though! and after getting her on the ramp for the first time i have a list of jobs as long as my arm !! Shes a great motor though and My list is only to preserve this already amazing car.

God knows why anyone would want to own something else ! I love the way people at work think im nuts for loving this car. I even had the valeter at work today trying to tell me that i should have kept my cupra because there better and dont look like an old mans car ............

and those plugs dont look to bad from the picture...the oil is just where the seal from the cam cover to head has been leaking!

sorry to hate on your new purchase but I don't like the wheels

Otherwise a lovely car. I spotted it on ebay and thought it was one of the more genuine looking examples thats been for sale recently. Don't get carried away with the mods though, its SOOO easy to spend money where you don't actually need to!

thats cool , they not my first choice of wheels either , id like s8's personally but there were none available and i wanted the originals off as there in need of a refurb.

basically il need to find something big enough to house porka brakes for the front and these give loadsa clearance
