Went down to the British Grand Prix this wk end, filled the tank to the brim and took it nice n easy, keeping it to 70 ish, nearly all motorway miles but never the less i'm quite impressed, it got there and back on one tank, with a bit to spare and returned 31mpg.
Also the camp site was very muddy and cars were getting stuck everywhere, but with 4 wheel drive and a diff lock I had no problems at all,
All in all I had a great wk end and the old girl did me proud, I love my car

I took mine up the silverstone on the saturday and sunday as well... it made light work of the boggy fields and getting out was minimal fuss.

Stick with it boys, I got mine perfect and running really well then sold it! I do miss it but theses cars at the age where thing are failing not that you don't know this already. As for 31mpg!!! My GOD, I never bothered about that cause if I did I'd a never a bought a S2 ha ha
