As much as I enjoy WD, in the real world mechanics charge labour- Wheeler dealers doesnt take this into perspective- more often than not Mike Brewer would be on a loss- if Ed chinas wages were taken into perspective!

Hehe, I watch this every week and comment on them not taking into account the time/cost for labour. They wouldn't make a penny if they paid old Edd for his time. The only thing that I really don't like is when Edd gets the rattle cans out to do a paint job

The point of the programme is to encourage you to do the cars up yourself though! Any jobs done by 3rd parties are factored into the cost..
