      Cheers taff.

Jim, going on memory here as I done it years ago but the 1z came with two turbos the T2 and the gt15. The t2 is physically bigger and if I recall I used the turbo and manifold and downpipe and oil line. Only for the 80 turbo is so easy to change and I had the turbo off a scrap 80 then it probably isn't worth the hassle.
But power was defiantly increased boost came on for longer and harder.
I can upgrade if desired to a T3 from a merc 300td which will bolt on, but then you need to think about bigger injector nozzles and someone to write a new chip to ecu...hassle really

Paint the rear number plate surround in satin black 'plastic' paint.

            Late Cabrios for Boleros.

Probably best to go to 5 x 112 hubs, greater choice of oem Audi rims, lots of relevant threads on here about that.

See MDZ's thread on his Kingfisher blue car. Would be a good thread for you to read through.

            Regards.

Old Wheels, which to be fair looked pretty ok. Offset was brutal the inside of the tyre was only 3mm from the trackrod. Needed 20mm spacers which I preferred not to use

No problem real easy to do.

The two inner lights I have lighting, originally the left one is blank and the right one is a fog light

First get two taillight bulb holders from another 80
Extend on some wire and tap into the original rear taillight supply
The inner lights have the exact same fitting as the outer so the holders twist straight in.

                      Job done.

In Ireland we don't need a rear fog light legally , but if I want to return to standard, just pop in the fog light fitting again and remove the taillight ones you put in. I used bullet connectors for easy removal

You won't be after getting rid of the fog light it will just be hanging loose still attached to original loom, I cable tied mine up to stop rattling about

Thanks, keep up the good work

Try to snag his old bumper. It looks better and seems rare as I haven't seen too many except in a zender look.

Good to see B4 cars being respected over here.

Getting less common than they were.

                                Enjoy.
