Audi 80 Sport, 2.0 16v

Hi guys, thought I'd put together a proper thread about my 1993 Audi 80 sport.

I've owned this car since May last year and since then I've done alot on work on it.

The guy I bought it from had owned the car for several years and during that time had spent alot of money on it including having a full respray.

Current spec includes:

S2 front bumper
3 spoke Steering wheel
Coupe front lights - inside frames sprayed black.
Custom SS exhaust
KnN Panel filter + Cold air feed
Headlight loom upgrade
Aero wipers
Blacked out the grill surround
New crystal side indicators
20mm spacers
S2 front calipers with Yellow stuff pads, Custom braided brake lines and Dot 5.1 fluid
Powerflex bushes
Weitec Ultra GT -60mm kit (Shocks and Springs)
2.2 KV throttle body
Audi 90 Sport, B3 Full interior
Relayed headlights
In phase speakers
Sony headunit - soon to be upgraded
Its currently on the original wheels put I'm after a set of black pro race 1.2s.

it's competition? first of all i would change a rear bumper to s2 / competition or if it's to expensive you can make one from 2 coupe bumpers. Every thing else looks nice, plans also.

Ansid, whats the difference in bumpers? Just done a quick Google search and the only difference I can see if the lower part of the bumper is black on the Competitions?

Comtetition/S2 bumper is lower and does not have trims around it.

You got those seats in quick you only fetched them last week ,does the rear one fit ok .

Hi Phil,

Yea, after getting them home I shampoo'd and aqua vac'd them. Removed my interior Saturday morning, shampoo'd and aqua vac'd the carpet and the got everything in Sunday and finished putting the door cards in today. The rear is in and half secured (at the bottom) need to work on the top to get it snug, think it'll just need a bit of patience and effort, something for another weekend I think.

Great stuff nice to see the car at last ,got that cabby for spares has a nice set of 16" audi wheels which will suit the wifes or the 90 20v q/s plus plenty of spares for the wifes car .

update time!

this month I've mot'd the car, taxed it, fitted a rear spoiler lip, fitted audi 90 interior, fitted new Philips headunit, got a new backbox fitted and fitted my new alloys, here are some pictures.





and anyone that says a 90 rear seat wont fit, hasn't tried lol.
