10 valve home made turbo setup

I have a 1988 audi 90 10 valve with low miles I just wanted to know if I could use the audi 10 valve turbo parts and install them on my n/a motor I just want to put a little pep In the engine nothing crazy just simple can it be done or will my engine blowup

For all the effort, you could et a complete 3B and plonk that in

NA motor will have incorrect compression ratio and internals will be weaker but on low boost, neither will be a problem. What boost ate you thinking? Might not even need an ic on there if it's that low.
