    awesome looking spectacle!!!
my advice is - don't ditch or change anything - just replace everything with standard parts as that way the car will be more desirable and worth more!

Have you got a tool to block the vibration damper at the front of the crankshaft?

Don't try and use the gearbox, it's better to removed the starter or crank sensors and lock the ring gear using a stout pry bar or screw driver, but really it's worth acquiring or making a locking tool to do it properly as the force required to torque the crank bolt up can damage the crank pulley if it's not locked correctly.

A rough locking tool can be knocked up simply out of some thick wall 50 mm box section and a large set of Stilsons (pipe wrench) or if you can weld it takes a hour or so a 50mm long bit of 70 mm pipe and some 5 mm plate to make a good tool.

You could try to get in contact with stragenmitsuko, steve, nick or other Belgium forum members. Surely one of those should be able to help you out. The first one is not on this forum though AFAIK.

The correct 2084 locking tool is about 40euro to buy, and easy to make one if you can weld
