I didnt even consider that they would snap off, i just used my impact gun and undid them
All the studs and bolts were cleaned up and copper slipped on refitting

Another thing to watch is the O/S front subframe rear bolt will start to undo, then the thread will pick up and ****** the thread (it did it on the S4 and i had to cut the bolt off) You need to remove the exhaust and unbolt the mount from the chassis (3 X 10mm multi spline bolts) once its removed you can clean the thread and remove the bolt

These ones? (double hex, not triple square). I have replaced all the front UrS4 subframe bushings/mounts and never had to touch the exhaust (but I took the subframe out of the car). I have lost 2 of 3 of the 10 mm double hex bolts when the numbnutz who did my alignment did not torque them OR stretch them.

                  Hi Shaun,

                  Are you a masochist ?

Unless you need the money, I wouldn't, they're getting rarer. Just my completely biased opinion.
