I think someone left one behind at the house anyway. Gordon, I heard a little bit of a squeak on the rears when it came off the axle stands. I had no end of problems with the bushes on my S2 which ended up being modified. It could be that the bolts have been done up a little too tight or you need a bit more copper grease.

Copper grease or bolt tightening is not the issue. It is a design fault. I told Gordon when we pushed a few of the bushes in that some were going to squeak. You can tell when you assemble them which ones will cause it. I'd have designed them slightly differently.

PS Greg, left some bits at the garage! I'll talk to your dad about them.

Welcome aboard Gordon!! Missed this post. What a great bloke and a great car. Am pleased to say that i got a chance to drive it. Took gordon and John out for a drive late on sunday. Was very nice. shame about the rear bushes

If you could gordon, can you bring the 'van with you to GTi. It would be nice to sleep in your awning!

PS I have got some figures for you, expect a phone call soon.

Hi there all . I lost the van on a card trick last nigh, so not sure what to do, will let you know how I get off toning >I'm sure one of my cussons will bed me down..
Kim plays a mean 3 card trick.

Tom Ill ring you in the morning , I must say your driving was very respectful and I felt safe with you at the controls.

With regard to the Rear bushes I will get them loosened off a little and packed with grease then see if the squeaking stops if not they will be returned for a redesign .MRC to the rescue.

I have the manual for removing the handbrake but it is not overly helpful.
The Audi garage , Stealers say the centre console has top come off and it is a 3 point fix any help appreciated and on the removal of the cable from the rear wishbone.
All will be resolved soon and hoping to do it soon.

Thanks for the compliments on the Sedan. Your s2 are a much greater achievement as there is far more of you in the cars and the performances are even.

              Gordon,
Glad to have had the pleasure of meeting you. Top Bloke and a cool car.
One point to make about his front brakes, these are not a Porsche Monoblock but machined from a SOLID billet of aluminium by Mov'it, bloody marvelous. His rear calipers are as big as my front ones but then they size is not important.
