Worst case I discovered is that I've been told that RB26DEET engine from R34 GTR is capable of 600HP without major problems

Standard camshafts
Standard cambelt and gaskets
Standard IC
Now is ready to be fully serviced, all oils,filters, full mechanical and electrical inspection...
And what sure is to be done:
Link ECU with 98 Octanes ( in Japan uses 100/102 octanes)
3" exhaust
Upgrade the intake filters
3 port heavy duty turbo solenoid
With this, you can have 400/420HP.
Next stage are "only ":
Bigger injectors
Bigger turbos (GT28RS)
And maybe Clutch
And then depending on the kind of GT28RS , 500 or 600HP

Car already inspected,fully serviced belts done, etc...
And MOT test passed perfectly
Next week registering...
Looks like it was mapped in Japan because boost is 1.2bar now ( each turbo) , that's why it felts quicker than a stock Evo
Must be like 380 to 420HP, anyway my mate Antony will put fresh fuel on it, and will check in the dyno the fueling and knock.
After that... Is a hard decision...
Keep it like this or put 3" exhaust, better filters, bigger injectors, pair of GT28RS turbos and fly to 500/600HP
We are talking about easily 4K £ in parts and labour...
For a +150HP reward...

Run it stock for a bit. Give you a chance to get to know the car on the road. Find its strengths and weaknesses and assess if anything on the car needs maintenance / replacing / upgrading before increasing the power.

Yes,that's one option.
In theory it doesn't needs replacing or upgrading anything.
Problem is that in Spain I don't trust anyone mapping this car....
And now have this advantage
Other mods like wheels, suspension, etc... Are easily done anywhere but mapping isn't...
In the Skylines forums people says that it starts to feel a like should be done from factory since 400hp, mechanically and chassis is very strong.
we'll see...
