Not too sure but even with the amount of galvanisation on these things the amount of salty air around the island will just make the whole thing rot from the inside out, real pity this is going to waste...and by the time the guy decides that he wants to sell I reckon whoever does buy her will certainly have their hands full with a lot of resto work...
