Here is one (with photos that I have added):

"I'm not feeling it, mostly because of the side view, those wheels and the tint make it look sorta crown vic like and I'm not digging it"

NOTE: "Crown Vic" = Crown Victoria, a full-sized body on frame V8 sedan often purchased by conservative retired folks, rental companies, and police departments (after which they often became taxis - with a new yellow paint job)

Every Japanese car I’ve had has lasted 10 years or more with just regular maintenance.

Sure. I direct non-car people to Japanese cars when they ask my opinion about what to buy. But these people don't consider a car anything more than an appliance, a means of getting from one place to another. Fun is not a factor for them. Reliabilty is.

Who has more smiles per mile? A Toyota Yaris driver or an UrS driver (assuming maintenance has been kept up?

I don't think it is fair to represent the American population by the posters on Jalopnik.com, even the editors are dribbling morons
