If I remember correctly - 7A has 4.0 bar and 3B has 3.0 bar in the rail. I've seen 7A regulator giving 4.5 bar, but it seems to be modified.

Note, that if changed without ECU remap it will give you only problems. Also if I remember correctly - rising fuel pressure has not dramatic effect on stock 3b injectors.
