free alloys!!

hi chaps,

as some of you know, i have sold my s2, and the buyer did not want the standard s2 wheels.

i have a complete set of four, with tyres, but they are illegal! they have no kerb marks, but will require polishing.

anyway, they are going free. i live in a village just outside cambridge, and the first person to ring my mobile 07940 768332, can have them! otherwise i'm going to have to throw them, and thats just a waste!

his car was a '93 ABY so I'm guessing they'd be the Avus six spokes.

I'd have them myself just to have the centre caps for possible 18" future upgrades - but that'd probably be a bit selfish! (and having a set of recaros in our living room is pushing my luck - a set of wheels might not go down too well)

yeah similar issue Alistair - I have 8 old s2 5 spokes in the garage, 4 snowtyres, 2 spare michelin Pilots for 16's and a Dunlop tyre from a 2003 LMP car competing in the LeMans 24hrs....

hey fellas!

thanks for the great response, sorry for the delay in replying, had to spend a weekend in london with the girlfriend!hell she can shop!

anyway, i've had nearly 40 texts or calls, and i responded to the first person who made contact, i thoght that was only fair! the chap is picking them up next saturday, but if things go a bit pete tong, i'll let you guys know!

i have a friend who also has a set of four aby s2 alloys, they were refurbed about four years ago, and have spent the last 3 and a half years in a box, i can always forward anyones offer!
