I'm getting a run of intake manifold head flanges made right now. It will be 3 to 4 weeks before they are shipped out. $120+shipping
My paypal address: JustinAOlson@gmail.com

-Flange is CNC machined out of billet aluminum.
-Injector Bungs incorported at same position and angel as factory
-Port matched to 3B/7A head.
-Sized for 1.75" ID tubing for runners.
-Mate up perfectly to these inexpensive velocity stacks: $20 a piece
You want the 48mm IDF 5" units. They have a ID of 1.71"

The flanges are designed to also work with the Ross Machine Racing velocity stacks and 2.0" OD aluminum tubing. This gives another option for a more robust runner/velocity stack. As you can see in the CAD drawing, there is a lip that is designed to accept 2.0" OD tubing once it has been formed to the shape of the port. The flange has a nice transition CNC machined to taper from the inside diameter of the formed runner to the factory port size.
Also, you can purchase plenum material from ross machining and pretty much build a whole intake manifold.
I am having fuel rail brackets designed into the head flange.
I will be offering a complete package of:
Head Flange
Fuel rail mounting brackets
-10 an fuel rail with AN fuel line fittings
3B throttle body flange
I may have plenum bases machined to fit around the weber velocity stacks. Then it would be up to you to design a plenum and 90 degree bend to the throttle body.
I did a write up a while back about this:

Here is a comparison of the 2.0" outside diameter tubing used with the ross velocity stacks to the weber velocity stacks.(Note the base of the weber velocity stacks need to be cut off before they are attached to the flange)
