Genuine Audi part! Brand new in box! ATD - Ambient Temperature Display Unit that sits in the clocks and displays in LED form the outisde temperature. Not easy to get hold off and cost an absolute fortune from audi! Beware some auctions on German ebay that sell what you think is the ATD but is in fact just the sensor!!

Ideal as a replacement or an ATD retrofit for most B3 / B4 cars with clocks similar to those below. (Fits Audi 100 / 200 / 80 / 90 / Cabriolet / Coupes / A6/S6 / V8)



For non S2 owners looking at a retrofit it'll look something like this fitted!

Was going to be an upgrade project for the cq20v but now not needed!

i would like to ask this.If a car doesnt have this from stock,and the owner buys these 2 parts from you,does the wiring loom include the central cable which connects these 2 parts together?obviously the sensor does not connect to the dash announcement but somewhere in between there is a connection to both,right?
what should i look for in order to make sure that the central wiring is there?
If i can see what im looking for and it is there,then you may have a buyer!

Hi

I'll PM more details but it is possible and a relatively straightforward retrofit - This is exactly what I was about to do before my plans changed!! You'll need to check if you have a yellow 5 pin plug behind the clocks in the wiring loom which will help - my cq20v has this already wired in and it plugs straight into the ATD unit.
