Yeah i agree on that too. I think that manifold looks great. Welds look really nice too and i have been welding quite alot when i went to school. I had welding/steel construction for a whole school year Have welded alot of stainless steel

How much custom fabrication is needed to fit one? I assume downpipe and turbo sit in a different position?

Custom oil and water lines plus turbo to intercooler pipe, i would also suggest a couple of support brackets.
You will be unable to fit stock airbox with this manifold so some new plumbing for air filter, recurculating valve and breather hoses will have to be made.

              Hi!
Actually that collector is very similiar to the Lehmann Works manifold I have seen, in so much that the primaries just dump into the collector! There is no fancy collector "star" to see.
The construction looks good albeit a bit agricultural. If he would get the flanges cut rather than use a flat plate, that would improve it from an aesthetic point of view. Not too sure about the bolt hole sizes. Thought they had to get bigger towards the ends to account for expansion.
Be useful to get a shot from the top too!
Nothing like another users feedback and Jon is providing that!
So if small improvements could be made it seems good value for money!
Whether it is the ultimate in design, well thats a whole new thread!

I have to agree, the welds do look very good Like Robin mentions the collector is similar to the S1 manifold, so it can't be bad. At this sort of money you could buy it and modify or even ask the fabricator to modify to your requirements!!

I agree with Wab, its way to easy to get hung up on the perfection thing, done it myself.

Yes, wish I could weld like that, the collector looks very similar to the MTM SQ "S1" EM I have, for a 1/4 of the price too , I wish something like that had been around a few years ago

So shes not a bolt on then Quality looks ok to me, the welds did catch my eye, just a pity they skimped on the mounting flange as its a bit ugly.

We have to get a manifold thread going here, i've seen lot of pics of different ones but no idea who made them or where to buy them. I was going to buy an RS2 manifold but i'm having second thoughts about that now.

Anybody with a nice manifold post pics please

034 item, proven to be reliable and capable of handling high hp. Also has available all the parts required to enable it to be a bolt on job with no fabrication required.

and now reduced in price too.
