Barry has done right by me. I trust the guy personally and would buy from him again. Sorry to hear about your sale with him, doesn't seem like his style.

I seen his previous dealings as well, and i trusted him on this.
I just cant believe that he can make me (a customer) wait 5 months for a grill to arrive or refund me.
BTW - I agreed to being refunded half the amount.
I tired of waiting thus the post.

As said, best to be objective. Depending on level of postage paid for, the parcel may not be trackable once it's left the UK, so tracking numbers won't apply...

I know Quattro King and I'm sure that he will make this thing OK.

We had a few deals and he was always quick and honest. I can't believe he did this just to scam you. I'm pretty sure that your Kamei grill will arrive some day.

He isn't a Flexx.

once i am back from holiday i will arrange this.....i dont have credit on my paypal account and dont have a credit card to add this amount...

the main reason that i did not refund it back yet,is that i shipped a kamei grill to you faheemo and you never got it....thats pretty ****** up...so i made a deal with you,cause i have putted my return adress on it,i wanted to wait quite a bit...maybe they return it to my adress in holland,when not i will refund you the half of the price of what it has cost you....if you wanted to be sure you had to tell me to insure it(now i know why totsteile.ch is only shipping insured,that saves him this kind of ****).

think i made you a good deal to give you the half back

if i dont get it back its somewhere in south africa,cause it left the country here,the postoffice guy told me its gonna take up ontill 3 months to get there and maybe you never claimed it and its on its way to me....think this is a little strange to make a topic about this

and whats wrong with having no credit card?? the story i tell you is true,you wanted to be shipped cheap,if i had to send it to you quick and with tracking numbers you have to tell me that and put down some more money

All I can say it, when I bought stuff from Quattro King, it came very fast, A+ condition, Elite packaging and smelling like fresh roses with a compliment slip.

Not only that, he went out of his way to make sure I received the items, agreed for me to send bits of money here and there in 34 different currencies and even made sure I was totally happy with the product.

Top Bloke and this thread will not put me off purchasing from him again

Yes when shipping country to country tracking numbers and insurance are a must IMO, but as Bry will tell you it's not a guarentee that the stuff will arrive. (nobody mention the trouble i had with my S8 alloys)

No need to get angry ... Look at it from my point of view:
5 months gone, no grill or refund and no reply on my PMs.

Nowher did i say i wanted it to be shipped cheaply, check your Pm's.
IIRC i wanted you to send with my contact numbers which you didnt.

I only posted on the forum, as you havent responded to my last 2 PM's and 1 email i sent you.
