        It's another one of those Wagner things. Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole, very bad quality

              really?

              There's a good thread here on the flow rate of a number of intake manifolds, including a wagner style one...http://www.motorgeek.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=9764

                  How can anyone comment on something they have never seen or used before.
                  This is just like the thread about reasonably priced german exhaust manifolds, everyone was slagging them off just becuase they didnt look perfect.
                  I bought one of these manifolds at a very good price and have been running for nearly 6 months now without any problems.
                  I know its i bit of a gamble with these sought of parts but at these prices its worth the risk.

                    Right , If these IM manifolds are so bad why are the big HP boys using them ?

                    Jeffer = 500+hp

                    Rs2 sedan = 500hp

                    Javad = 800hp

                    I could go on but i'd be posting all night

                      I was just gonna say Jeffry is using one, so it needs a few holes drilling and tapping?, thats not exactly rocket science, remember MTM's version is upwards of £1k.

                            Well it definitely pays to know a friendly machinist!
                            Not sure where exactly these originated from, (TS?) but the basic casting has been sold by various people Wagner, PK, and indeed 034.
                            The biggest proplem I had was that the manifold need to be milled on the flange so that the water manifold cleared. Depending upon the accessories it might be necessary for some further machining on the front of the flange.
                            Basically you have to make it fit! It's not necessarily going to be a weekend job.
                            Wasn't particularly impressed with the quality but I haven't seen the MTM one in the flesh. That is definitely better thought out with consideration for all the services taht are plumbed in.
                            You get what you pay for!

                              I got one of those from PKM.
                              I can tell you it's a huge upgrade from the oem one.
                              Better spool up , better response , better top end.
                              In fact one of the best mod i did to the car.

                              You should try it before talking.
