The guy is a member on here, but has never posted.
He's a user of audifans, has asked a few questions, seemed to really look after the car.
Not as "tatty" as some I've seen recently that have been called minters.
Feel for him only getting that much for the car.

you are legally bound to sell at whatever price it goes for
depends if the new buyer would ever take it to court only on judge judy would this happen

LOL ways round it, say it's sold as seen, take the airbox, maf, coilpacks and ecu out the car and see if the buyer still wants it
