They aint worth much without the control unit and wiring loom... Unless someone is looking to simply replace faulty items on their own car. I mean - not worth much to anyone looking for an upgrade to heated locks unless the controller & loom are included.Paul Nugent

They look Byzance purple aswell,----Jas11n, does yours have heated doors. My S2 has the winter pack with the heated door locks, though not much use to me now.Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.--:Albert EinsteinComment

No, my car doesn't have heated door locks. My bros car does though, he has heated seats, heated door locks.
I have aircon though
and carbon and not the AWFUL wood stuff. Wood is for fences, chairs, floorboards and wooden stuff

I've just spotted something in that ebay advert. Seeing as this is the infamous clueless "Audibits" (yes, I do dislike the man ! ! !), he probably won't notice that the car he has taken these from, has the vagparts sold central locking upgrade kit (note, 1993 cars onwards, don't think it fits a 3B CL pump)
If anyone is thinking of getting one, then it may be worth someone buying the two fobs in the picture, getting Mr Clueless to remove the module from the central locking pump.. otherwise he'll probably sell it, thinking it's part of the pump.
If you catch my drift..

The point everyone seems to be missing, is you don't need heated door locks if you never use the key....
I am sure most of us are running CL with an alarm aren't we?
I'll get my coat.

It is still nice to have these heated door locks when the lock is completely frozen up.Originally posted by Fat Audi 80The point everyone seems to be missing, is you don't need heated door locks if you never use the key....

Happened to me a couple of times when it was raining and then got temperatures below -15 celsius.
No way to open it with the CL-remote. Tried the key, waited a minute and it would unlock with no problem.
Most other people I saw had to use the old trick, pouring hot water on the locks.
