quick question but im only seeing 3 PSI yes 3 PSI. Is there anything else i need to do that i dont know eg have the ignition on? I have tied using soap around the joints where the bungs go in to see if any leaks round the edges but nothing

Thats what i dont understand i cant even hear the air coming out no hissing, nothing. When the system pressure up should it hold pressure? and for how long roughly?
You should be able to get it up to about 1 bar, but it will slowly drop of (20-30 secs) as it leaks out the seals in your turbo.
Are you sure you've blocked everything of properly.
