Due to someone writing my car off (soon to be in another thread), I will soon begin to strip it for spares (so that part of it can live on). It was a ’91 3b coupe in Grey Pearl and had 150,000 miles on the clock. It was in great condition before the accident and I am really gutted. I will update this thread as and when I take parts off. Examples of parts available will be:
Billzcat1 shortshifter
Full set of Samco Coolant Hoses (Kit 1 and 2)
Rear sub-frame
Propshaft, driveshafts, rear differential
Original 3b wheels (5 off). Reconditioned (painted silver and dark grey) around 3 years ago. With good Michelin Pilot HX tyres.
5x112 Hubs
Standard exhaust back box
Interior trim (except for driver’s door and possibly the seat frame) - Grey ‘quattro’ Jacquard, Black dashboard
Instrument Cluster, clocks, vents etc.
If anyone has any requests for parts, just let me know by pm with offers. I’d like to get as much off the car as I can before I scrap the shell.
Please note, I don’t do this for a living and I’m not sure yet of the logistics of stripping the car, but I will endeavour to be as quick as I can (not least because my current storage area is on borrowed time!).
