Extremely tidy S2 Avant for sale

The time has come for me to sell my S2, it is an immaculate example and extremely well maintained and must be one of the tidiest standard examples left in the country. It has covered a genuine 108,000 miles which is lower than most you will find, but to look around it you would not think it had done even half that.

The car was featured on the "Men & Motors" channel "Used Car Roadshow" at the start of the summer last year, in an item they called "free motoring" about cars that won't lose you any money if well maintained. They specifically wanted to find an example of an immaculate S2 Avant and mine was selected

Mechanically the car is excellent, extremely smooth and quiet and pulls like an ox, the performance is really brilliant considering its age and that it is totally standard, it is a pleasure to drive.

The car has full Audi main dealer service history from new and a ringbinder full of reciepts and old mots etc (more than 60 pages worth!), it also has all the different manuals, service book and leather wallet etc.

The car has an extremely tidy heated cream leather interior with lumbar support, very little signs of wear at all, looks like its a year old. It has the walnut trim, electric sunroof, windows, mirrors etc, basically it has every option available with the acception of air con.

The only alterations to the car are a scorpion alarm and immobiliser (with insurance certificate) and a radio cassette player with disc changer in the boot.

It has excellent Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres all round and an immaculate spare alloy with new tyre in the boot. The wheels all have no kirbing that I have noticed. New front discs and pads were fitted about 1500 miles ago.

I'm looking for £5200 o.n.o for it and if you pay close to the asking price I will put a new mot on it (current one doesn't expire until April 24th 2007) and also 6 months tax

Anyway, heres a few pictures, if you want more of anything specific please ask me:

By the way the paint work and bodywork are excellent, barely even any stone chips, there are no signs of rust anywhere I have seen.

By the NSS I'd guess that your car started off in Aberdeenshire?... It's a long way down to sunny Dorset!

Yes it lived most of its life in Scotland, nearly all of the service history is from there, mainly around Perth area. I bought it off a trader who had bought it up there and had it transported down to London! He specialised in collectable cars and would only buy immaculate standard ones, no mater how far he had to go to get them.

It was also a VW audi group car at one stage as the original license plate ended VAG, and its had a personal plate on ending in PUB before too, must be a landlord!
