These are the brake's that were fitted to my now departed Nothelle converted S2 Coupe when I got it back in 2007, they were pretty grotty back then with knackered pads, manky dust seals and pistons with corroded faces ect so I took them off and fitted a set of rebuilt stock G60's to get the car on the road.
I had them professionally chemically striped with the intention of rebuilding them myself, however VolcanoRS kindly offered to refurbish them for me as he the had the parts to hand, brand new stainless steel pistons along with all new seals, the pistons/seals are the same diameter as those used in certain AP racing calipers. I never got around to painting them (let alone fitting them) so their still in their natural hard anodised state awaiting finishing in whatever colour you want, I was going to do them in black as it's more subtle than the normal red. Indeed I could still paint them black for the buyer if they wish as I purchased the paint. I was keeping them for use on a future project but as I have my RS2 now and their too big for my B3 80Q S2 conversion I can't see myself ever using them as they require 17" wheels. They WILL NOT clear stock 16" rims.
The pads are shot, with a skim the 330 X 32 mm rotors could be reused however time has not been kind to the fixing bolts's/nuts that secure them to the bells and these MUST be replaced. The 5 X 112 bells themselves are fine.
So it's...
Calipers,
Carriers,
Bells,
I'll chuck in the old pads and rotors as they could be handy for reference or in the case of the rotors skimmed, you can use a 330 x 30 mm rotor instead to save a bit of money and weight, that's what I was planning in doing.
£450 for the lot.
I can email pic's to anyone interested.
