rs2 how much is this worth

I looked at an rs2 today, its coming up for sale in a few week, and I was wondering what you guys think its realey worth,
RHD Black,110'000mls service history up to 80,000, no cam belt change tyres half worn, brakes, untidy looking calipers with worn discs, no smoke ,oil pressure good, engine sounds ok a/c not working, bodywork untidy with a dent on the bonnet a few other dents and scratches, body generaly tyred with some rust on the the black window sections. Its had one owner from new,and there seems to be some slack in the drive train, rear diff mount I think.
The guy was asking to much money IMA,he said he had looked up the price on the internet and that was the price of other exsamples, but has asked me to make an offer,so what do you think, walk away or offer him how much, bearing in mind they are not flying of the forcourts at the moment.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated LOU

Walk away, too much to fix unless you get if for around 7k and spend a good 2k fixing it.

factor in near £300-400 for a cambelt change with water pump, crank pulley etc.

a/c not working will cost to fix also.

I wouldn't buy it at any price when you consider that sorted cars are available for much less money albeit LHD.

Also I'd have thought you are talking way more than 2K just in parts considering the A/C system could take a grand to put right alone............

Pooch! Step away and keep running! I hate it when ppl completely ruin a rare car then expect top dollar for it when they sell it. The fact it is rare means putting it right is so much more expensive so by rights this pooch should go for well below book. The real worry is he could lash it back to a sensible shape and sell it for good money to an unsuspecting punter and when it falls apart he will just think the cars unlucky!
