I think it depends on your year of manufacture.
You can get an adapter to fit the later wheel on the early S2, probably the same for Urs.

AFAIK that's correct, newer has bigger dia on center, new wheels may be fitted with adapter, not sure but think part# is 191419514
Think this is "old" style so can't be fitted to a "new" car

guess the 94 has the "small" dia wheel.
My 91' s2 has dia ~22 mm

If Dave's is no good to you I've got one identical in appearance to this I've just removed from a 1997 30V C4.

The steering wheel was fitted to several models circa 95-98. Not trying to do myself out of a sale but I would get Kits but also buy the cowl and switchgear together with the upper part of the steering column. This will guarantee you will be able to fit everything hassle free. The later model parts should bolt straight on to yours.
