Just reading that link, and came across the part where he explains the VW 2.0 16v manifold is a direct bolt on to a 3.6 V8, then got to thinking that the guys in germany who turbo 16v golfs, often use the I5 20v turbo manifolds with a runner cut off.
So in theory, a 3B/AAN/ABY or even ADU (maybe) exhaust manifold with the correct runner cut off, will bolt onto a 3.6 V8.
