We are planning to reproduce the obsolete Audi S2 / RS2 / quattro RR water manifold part number 034121187. The parts will be produced via sand casting & CNC machining.
Having been burnt several times before, this project will only proceed if we get adequate buy-in from the community to cover the cost of the foundry tooling and initial batch casting costs, heat treatment and finish CNC machining. Therefore, this will only be available on a pre-order basis – we will only produce these parts for those that pre-order & there will NOT be surplus available to purchase afterwards – we will only produce as many as are ordered. The minimum quantity is 40 units. There is no maximum.

The cost per part will be £225 plus shipping & local duties / taxes.

ORDER INFORMATION:

• Order the part through our e-store. We ship worldwide.

• Once orders for 40+ units are received we will trigger the production process. As you can see we have the part CAD modelled. We also have the production of the foundry tooling designed, modelled & ready to machine.
• Production timescale to delivery will be 6-10 weeks from initiation of production. Orders will be shipped in order of receipt. Shipping to remote areas will likely result in longer delivery timescales.
• Orders will only be accepted until 31^st March 2024. If at this point we have not received 50 or more orders, the production will be cancelled. In that event, we would then refund the orders & payments already made.
• IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: since PayPal do not refund fees on returned transactions, we will NOT refund transaction fees for any payments made using PayPal – this means that you would only be refunded approx. 95% of your initial payment made using PayPal. If you are not satisfied with this, please do NOT pay for your order using PayPal, use a Credit/Debit card instead.
• Orders are subject to our standard e-store terms & conditions. You will need to agree to these T&Cs during order checkout through our e-store.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

• Direct 1:1 replacement for original factory parts.
• Castings produced from pattern equipment in accordance to IS0 8062-3: 2007 DCTG 8 tolerance standard.
• Cast from LM25-TF [corrosion resistant Al–Si7Mg aluminium alloy & heat treated].
• Cylinder head o-ring inserts machined from X5CrNiMo17-12-2 (1.4401) / (T316) stainless steel.
• Precision CNC finish machined.
• Vapour honed.
