Our audi cabriolet which many of you will have seen at various meets etc is on Piston heads for sale No use to us now with 3 little ones and the S2 and a mpv on the drive. Was Nics car before and wouldnt take a lot too get it back to its former glory. Turns heads and the ladies love it Want it sold asap hence the price (£2750 or best offer) Cant get linky to work its the P plate pearl blue one listed above the £8k one anyway pm if interested

Had held it for someone at £3250 for a fortnight and then was a no go as he had a loan turned down, hence its up for sale to sell at £2750 a bargain and great summer car for someone.

Thought id share this with you guys and gals. Im cross! Just had a guy drive down from London this morning to look at the car. Wanted the car only one problem, a big one! After putting the hood down and driving around for 20 mins waving to young ladies etc he then told me that he only had £800 with him and actually stood there in front of me bold as brass and asked if it was enough to buy the car, i thought it was a deposit! Boy what a front, told him in no uncertain terms to do one before he needed some treatment at the local hospital, cheeky bleep. Unbelieveable!

Yep hope to later on today or poss friday, mates popping round with his camera phone thingy with cables etc, might even get some with the top down if the sun stays out (no chance) Its the old cabriolet equation 1 x been out for 10 mins with the hood down + park it on the drive with hood still down = sudden downpour

IM GONNA KILL SOMEONE!!! Spent 2 hours this morning hoovering, washing, drying off and finally polishing the car. The car looked cracking ! Young lad turned up with his dad totally into the car big (and i mean big) time. His old man spent 30 mins crawling all over it, followed by 20 mins looking at the service book and bills. Then went for a 20 min test drive stopped outside turned the engine off and at this point my mrs passed the phone to me as my mate had just rung. i spoke to him for 10 or so mins watching the roof go up and down and up and down a couple more times and then went back outside to be greeted with the old man saying theres something wrong with the car as it wouldnt start. No bloody wonder the hood drains a lot of juice of the battery and he had switched the engine off. Gently tried to explain without being rude but the dad wasnt having any of it. The son looked like he was gonna cry as they left. Got a fella coming to look (keen as mustard) monday am (me hopes he is not time wasting or i might just kill him) At £2750 ono for a P plate Audi cabriolet in a good dark colour with power hood etc is a very good price me thinks no ? If its not gone to this guy on monday i will pay to stick it in the trader and local rag and poss e bay.
