So many rs2s for sale right now

I cannot understand why there are so many RS2s for sale at the moment, I know of about 12 rhd at the moment, and around half that amount in lhd, thats 10% of all that are left, and most of them have been for sale for months.
I have been looking for one for a while now ,in no hurry, and have looked at a few, some where dreadful, and one in perticular was great ,in great condition and belonging to a forum member.
I still think thay are great cars , and at this moment still want one ,but I have to say that the amount for sale just recently is worrying. Why do you think this is ,is it the cost ,the age ,the market place, insurance or the avalability of newer cars with sim'ilar performance, even some in the audi school, including some of the cars using that other fuel beggining with D, I don;t know the answer, but I do know that disspite the fact that I still want one the very fact that there are so many for sale right now is putting me off.

Gotta say, I'm not sure why it should put you off? The car's are always gonna retain some value to those who really want one, especially if kept in good nick. Its sure as hell gonna depreciate alot less than any other vehicle in the price range!

If anything, it should be an advantage as you have moer choice and potentially could get a better deal. The fuel price is probably a factor too - one thing is for sure, it's not because the car's are getting old and starting to fall apart!

The good thing with a few being for sale is it makes it a buyers market and allows you to get one in the condition you want at a price you want to pay.
