t'be sure I am that indeed. feedly dee. well.. northern irish actually. Scots born, N irish raised to be precise. the important thing is I don't understand mainland registrations, as i've managed to demonstrate here quite well.
so an S reg is about '99 right? and it can't be put on a car that wasn't made in that year? what about a new car? can you stick an old reg on a newish car? It's not like this is norn oirn you know. i'll avoid posting anything about registrations in future anyway.

You can put whatever year plate on a car you like - as long as it doesn't make the car newer than it is. Hence an S2 plate on an S2 is oot I'm afraid.. S4 and S3 owners are spolied though .. Hey - will give you a shout prob Sunday ok neeb?
I Always thought this was the case too, but my GF`s parents have just bought a '93 Audi Cabby, that has a 'T' Plate on it!
so how does that work then?
I'm also thinking about the reg on my S2. It's H65 CSP. I'm getting Aaron's CQ20 shell to reshell it but if it's older am I not going to be able to keep the H65 reg?
