i have a chip designed to function with a RS2 turbo or equivalent. I still need to buy a turbo to use with it, so how is this turbo compared to a RS2 one?

is this up for sale still if so would it be safe to run on standed intrnals or best to do the rods to be on the safe side, do the oil and water lines for a k24 fit?
