I had a TT 1.9 gti in mint condition on a G plate for ages and sold it years ago (about 7 years iirc) for £3500. (absolutely loved the car)
Seems they hold their prices rather well for such an old car

LOL! Not really. However, only the shell and the block are old. Pretty much everything else has been replaced/uprated in the last 3 years/10k miles. I’ve got receipts for £5k and that doesn’t include the original purchase price. I’ll take less than the asking price of course but every pound lost is one less to spend on an S2!
