Don't fancy my chances getting my mother in law in the back (or more importantly out the back) with those bad boys in the coupe. be a good reason not to take people in the back though. hmmm

liking you thinking, though I think you can get a recaro bucket from demon tweaks for reasonable money, i wonder how much of the cost on those is the porsche badge.

Actually quite like the integra recaro seats, saw a pair in black alcantera trim go for £300 for the pair and not a mark on them...

Also have a look at capitalseats i think they are called, some good prices there too

my father in law has a timber business so I may fashion myself a pair from finest scandinavian pine and see if Ikea want to stock them. any takers?

No, I think they stink too...
I don't even like the look of them when they are in the GT3, although I am sure they are lovely to sit in.
A nice pair of 1300 per seat Cobras would do me nicely, carbon fibre, retrimmed in quattro cloth... mmmmmmmmm

My mate bought some carbon seats from demon tweeks - 900 quid each. I've sat in them and unless your a size 0 model they are uncomfortable. Hold you well enough tho not to need seatbelts (never tried it tho, always wear mine).

These seats just don't look right. Much prefer recaro's from say an rs turbo, cossie or rs2.

I don't really like them all that much either but based on what they are I thought I'd post them anyway. I'm really looking for a pair of black Recaro speeds for the S2, subtle with decent support and harness guides for the odd track day and they can be tilted if you get the right model. I believe that they were the seats fitted to the Integra type R amonst others (so David, you have good taste sir! ) and are similar to T2Andy's Mitsubishi Evo seats. I'm keeping an eye on ebay to see wha comes up and then one of these days I'll strike!

They're spot on! Just have to get saving as I'll need a pair of subframes and would consider changing the front door cards to black cloth to match and fit a pair of harnesses for track days... roll cage next ... Then it really wouldn't be a very standard car but it'd be rather fun!!! :mischeif:

door cards to black or dark grey alcantera trim would look the mutts IMO. I'm toying with the idea of doing that and the headlining too as mine is looking a bit grubby. When it gets back on the road i'll get it professionally valeted and see how it comes up before taking the plunge in an interior retrim
