Fancy an S2 Saloon?

I am lucky enough to have been one of the 306 for almost 4 years now. She is a beautiful clean example in shiny silver with lots of stamps in her service book. She goes like stink, is totally reliable and has only done 113k Kilometres!

Now comes the bad news - she has got to go!!! Because of the growing family we must have an estate.

We live in Switzerland but have already driven home a couple of times (usually fly) and would happily do it again if someone out there wants to love and cherish her. Otherwise she will be advertised over here and some Swiss bloke can have the pleasure.

So, if you fancy standing out from the crowd and can hack the LHD send me a mail for some pictures,

IVE ALWAYS wanted one of these... cant afford one but always wanted one.. and prefered the saloon over estate and coupe!!!

I even went ahead with a project on my audi 80 v6 quattro to slap a s2 block into it but at the last minute purchased (or was given) an s2 coupe!

The saloon looks well better in my opinion..

If i had the money, i would not think twice!!!

Yes,there are RHD S2 saloons.We have at lease two them in New Zealand.One was sited about a week ago in Auckland.

I had an 80 for a while and yes, I also liked the stumpy bootlid look!

...but ya gotta have an S2, whatever body style it is!!!

Were S2 saloons 2 door or 4 door?

Well that IS news to me - you will have to get some photographic proof though. It seems odd to me that RHD Sedans went down under only. You lucky folk...

OK Paul,will do.We have had quite a few rare Audis down here over the years.We were the second biggest RHD market for the Urq.There were special "one off" models done for NZ.There was a special 200TQ Exclusive which used the V8 body but 1B engine back in '89.Concidering their low production volume,there are a lot of S2s,RS2s and Ur S4s here too.
