Answer was. Yes it will strap to your engine if you rebuild the whole thing from top to bottom to take the pressure and also look into electronic tunning. I would not however recomend this as this turbo has a nasty habit of being capable of bending everything int eh engine at every oportunity it gets if not treated correctly or managed correctly. To tell you the truth I don't know what the top speed is on the gearbox but should be int he region of 160 if not more...

with the stock gearbox??? in the fuel cut isn't it? I mean..@ 7200\300rpm! Back to your turbo talk... why you just don't wait and keep it on the box until you got fixed your car???

What gearbox you using? I've had mine (5spd cq20v) to an indicated 145mph and it was'nt far off the rev limiter. Nothing much was happening above 6800rpms

I just ran it through pauls excel file below it calculated 146.24@7000rpms. 3B might be different ratios not sure. 6Spd has a lot more head room though :mischeif:

I have had mine to just over 150 on teh counter with room to play about 500 rpm left which in top gear is a good 10mph. So dunno, I may have a 3B box???
There are so many unknown parts on the car I can't remeber what I ahve now....

My gearbox is at 200kph(125mph)@5500rpm... I did a simple math calc (like the gear ratio and final ratio are constants) If at 5500rpm reaches 125mph, how much speed will reach at 7000rpm (that would be X)... 125mph x 7000 = 875.000 \ 5500 = 159.1mph ~ 160mph! I HOPE NOT TO BE WRONG.... cuz 145mph is too slow :S:S:S:S
