I thought it had to be a copy, as the stud holes were nowhere near central on the wastegate flange... But didnt know enough to post my thoughts....

Because I know these things

The material is different, the casting is not accurate, the holes are to close to the edge for the waste gate.
I'm not saying it's useless. I am saying that it is a copy.
I also know because I have both.
