Andy excuse my ignorance but whats the Mark H mod?

Its a small bit of hose that goes on the passenger side end of the intercooler between this and the crossmember as audi just put an o-ring in this from the factory and tbh this just breaks down and falls apart after 10+ years of use.

Cheers Acidburn i suppose mine will let go now i've mentioned it, has a funny habbit of doing that!!............ so the intercooler uses cross member as a breather is that right or wrong ?

The intercooler pipework goes thru the intercooler and then up thru the crossmember and out the turbo side of the engine.

Tbh if you have not changed it yet its a very good mod to do. you need a 70-60 reducer from say ebay for this.

Yeh sorry Andy just still learning @ the mo. But would be interested in that mod if you have no takers for the whole lot. Just another question do the SAMCO'S cover this mod.? :mischeif: ............oh so many questions needing answers.

Samco kit doesn't cover this mod AFAIK. New pipe and clips is c£30.
