Standard pistons - mahle or whatever the other make is but machine a bit off the top of the piston to reduce the CR. You end up with the top surface being flat - apart from the valve recesses. This is what a 600bhp hill climb car has done. Habib has done this. I think it is a done like this a lot on the big power cars.

Timucin - I just posted a bumper inc lights brackets, grills and it was 13kg. approx 5.5 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet You can maybe a get a quote from a courier using this information.

nothing is sold for the moment and carrirer company didnt reply.everything is for sale but we should find out the shipping costs.cause these are used parts.
i mean if i ask 10 for something,and carrier ask 10 to carry and new is 23 in your country what is the point of doing this stuff?

final price has to be reasonable right?and i have to collect some amount for my project.

i save all pms i receive. will post the prices and app. shipping costs here as soon as i receive info from carrier..

Good point, i should think that the generally the parts for sale, if shipped as a whole perhaps then either collected or distributed further from a single UK location may make it cheaper.

Let me know when possible on the prices for the parts i asked about.

-rs2 exhaust manifold.......250 gbp
-rs2 turbo charger ........300 gbp
-rs2 intercooler...........250 gbp
-rs2 camshafts........150 gbp
-rs2 fuel pump with injectors (green).......250 gbp

-rs2 front bumper with grilles : carrier calculated size not wieght on this item and shipping costs 250$, so i should sell it for 20$ to make it reasonable .thats why this part is not for sale.will keep it as spare.even if i ship this with all other parts it still doubles the price
-rs2 pistons and connecting rods are same with other engines,no need for you to buy,will keep them as spare .so they are not for sale anymore
hope prices are normal,cause i dont have any idea , i am just estimating.
Shipping costs app:
10 kg to england : 150 usd
20 kg to england : 190 usd
if we can organise and i make only one shipment including all items it will be around 250 usd.
100 gbp = 180 usd = 147 euro
delivery time: around 1 month ( estimation,depending on new parts)

-i will also try to build a custom intake manifold or i will buy if its priced well,then i will also sell my current intake manifold-if somebody interested.it has porsche writing on it and i can polish it if needed
