    Coupe preselect controller.

    Here's an easy upgrade from the standard sunroof motor and switchgear to the preselect controller which was a optional extra offered from the factory.
    Unfortunately this was only available for Coupes only.

    I'm looking for 50 pounds plus shipping for it. This includes a platinum control panel along with the motor and controller. It's in good conditon and in full working order.

    Drop me a pm if you are interested please.

    Thanks.

              afaik its different for saloons due to the way that the body is? maybe someone like jas can clear this up, I have an electric motor out of a coupe and this did not fit my 20v think the gear was different iirc.

              @nuvo - pm sent.

                Preselect was never an option for Avants or saloons I'm afraid.
                The Coupe preselect motor and controller will "fit" but the control panel doesn't as it interferes with the motor and doesn't fit properly.

                      Just saying there are two different types of switch, also wondering why it was only an option for the coupe.

                        Sorry, I thought you were implying something else. The preselect uses a 5K rotary potentiometer rather than a switch. It goes into a "box of tricks" which performs the motor control.

                        It must be something to do with the interior lining of the roof at a guess.
