cant see the quattro logo on the back window mmmmmm,this car was also on ebay a couple of months ago,i asked him about this he said it didnt sell because he was asking to much for it but i am sure it was sold through pistonheads.so its a bit of a dog rough rough

I think the quattro logo was only on the early 3B engined cars, this is an ABY.......

i have just emailed the guy asking about its history.
His reply;

"hi,
it had a knock on the side about 2 years ago - whereby the side panel, bumper and bonnet had to be replaced.
it is hpi clear, some ****** done a hit and run on it.

Even though i personally would have mentioned this in the auction, at least he's being kinda honest when asked. I only enquire as a friend wants a cheap S2...

It would have to be cheap and tbh your mate would probably save himself alot of hassle by avoiding this one, small knock try half the side missing.

Thats probably a good idea. I don't think its going to go for a cheap price anyway. There's 2 days left and its gone up by £200 in the last 3 hours. Over a grand now.

It wont sell, it'll just be bumped up by his mates if price is looking too low towards end. Even if someone did win it with an over the odds bid,i can almost guarantee they wouldnt part with the cash when they see it in the flesh. Very misleading ad..

Yup, me mate Paulgo has the "quattro" rear heating element on his 3B S2 Coupe.
Dropped presumably because of the cost.

This is the same guy I've had "dealings" with (mobile number's the same) regarding a black S2 on pistonheads. He's not an honest seller in my opinion. I did in fairness eventually get my deposit back but I had to go through paypal's resolution centre and wait weeks before he coughed up.
