1996 M reg coupe aby 177k (ish), dark blue, leathers, window tints (light), clear side repeaters, drives and handles like a dream. full mot and tax.
dont let the milage put you off, runs like its on 80k.
recently its had the following:
cam belt (+ all other belts)
water pump + thermo stat
fuel pump
power steering pump (recon)
injector module
hall sender
rear brakes
aux rad (recon)
wheel barings
1 year ago rear brakes seized and dealer did a £1500 fix it job (i presume changed the lot), also hole in fuel tank forced a fix it job which cost over £1200 as well (from dealer (rough prices as i was not owner then)).
the car has had 4 owners in its life time, in the last 3 yrs its had 3 of these owners come and go, me and by brother being last 2 owners.
outstanding problems ive not got around fixing :
washer fluid sensor
passenger window needs adjusting as it makes wind noise over 70mph
2 bulbs (i know i know)
for the time ive had this car ive been on a mission to restore it to as it was new, so everything works as it should. part from tints and clear repeaters this s2 is standard (no mods).
