Don't think so mate, RS2 is K24 7200 part number I know I've bought one before.

The RS2 turbo is a K24/K26 hybrid not a true K26 turbo therefore your turbo for sale is not an RS2 unit.

This turbo is coming from a rs2 ,what else can it be?I have buy it in DE including a rs2manifold and 350cc injectors.He fit's on a original manifold

Maby hybride?Including a good setup is 380hp possible

yes, you are correct, you dont have to believe me either but I've owned a total of 4 RS2 turbo's, one in the shelf next to me now, and they have all read "K24 7200".


The kkk26 has been in a lot of other vehicles.. prosty knows about that I think.. he knows a lot of s**t <;

No matter of fact, that this turbo is labeled as K26, it really has genuine RS2 turbo cold side housing. I can confirm that from looking at casting numbers. So if it's not stock RS2 turbo, it has no differences by looks of it from the pictures, so it is very good chance that it has RS2 internals as well.

Also blue plate is a bit confusing, because it has VAG logo, but no VAG part number. Maybe it some sort of refurbished or replacement part ?

Yes, could have been refurbished and had a new press plate that was incorrectly stamped.

Maybe the refurbers knew it was RS2 and just assumed that that was K26...
Just a thought..

i heard some people in spain who said some RS2 made it with turbo k24 7200 and others with the k26

aniway,wich is better? better spool up in the k24 7200 true??
