My reasonable offer's were accepted. I have been in correspondence with the seller (not James) and found them polite and helpful. My advice if you want something is to get an offer in.

To be liable for defamation you have to be telling the truth first and individauls "opinons" can not in any way be actionalble.... Your be laughed at by any one with a degree.

Right, I’m not sure who CARTERAUDI S2 is or what his links are to this car are, but I’ve been over to see it today and bought loads of parts off of it, for what I’d call very sensible prices, i.e. nothing like the BIN prices on Ebay. The person I dealt with was the person who owns and is breaking the car and his wife, who were both very friendly, pleasant people.
It is Nigel Petlers old car, they bought it off him, ran it for awhile and because it’s a CAT D they decided it was worth more in parts as a whole car, which seams fair enough as we all know how long Nigel was trying to sell it. On looking around the car I’m not sure why as the accident repair looked to have been done to a very high standard. The guy already has an RS2 and he’s keeping the interior and the bigger brake calipers for himself. Almost everything else is still available, despite what CARTERAUDI says. He’s even talking about splitting the engine as there’s no firm interest in it
If you want anything, deal directly with the vendor and you’ll have no problems.

I'm sure there would be more interest in engine if it wasn't over double the going rate on ebay... i guess put an offer in and see.

My parts arrived today. They were as described and very well packed. They even refunded the difference of the potage charges. So no complaints here
